- When a link goes live, record it in the backlink monitor tool and check its rel attribute.
Google's spam policies list buying or selling links for ranking purposes as link spam, and its guidance on qualifying outbound links asks that paid placements carry rel="sponsored". If a prospect asks for payment, note it in the row and mark the stage honestly, so your records show which links were earned and which were bought.

Is this a full CRM?
No. It is a simple pipeline for link building outreach: prospects, stages, follow-ups and rates. It does not send emails or find prospects for you.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is sent to any server, including ours. Clearing site data removes it, so download the CSV as a backup.
How are reply rate and win rate calculated?
Reply rate is the number of prospects at replied, link agreed or live, divided by prospects at contacted or further. Win rate is prospects at live, divided by the same base. Lost prospects count as contacted.
What counts as a follow-up that is due?
Any prospect at the contacted or replied stage whose follow-up date is today or earlier.
Does it check whether a link is live?
No. It never fetches any page. Use the backlink monitor tool and paste the linking page's HTML to confirm a link is live.
Does this tool store or send my data anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser with JavaScript and is kept only in your own local storage.
